What a Typical Project Looks Like
You'll start with research — talking to users, mapping friction points, and understanding how non-technical people think about AI. From there you'll wireframe, prototype, and iterate with engineering until the final interface feels effortless, even when the system behind it is doing something genuinely complex.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing across client segments
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for our platform
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across products
- Partner with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Translate complex AI workflows into intuitive, approachable interfaces
- Present design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma and prototyping software
- Experience conducting and synthesizing user research
- Ability to simplify complex, technical concepts into clear interfaces
