Overview
Our platform is the foundation every client-facing automation runs on. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll build and maintain the web applications, dashboards, and internal tools that power both our product and our clients' experience — writing code that has to work the first time, every time.
What a Typical Sprint Looks Like
You'll move between frontend and backend depending on what the product needs that week — shipping a new dashboard view, optimizing a slow database query, or building an API endpoint the AI agents rely on. You'll work closely with design and product to turn specs into shipped features fast.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Design and implement backend APIs and services that scale with usage
- Optimize database queries and application performance across the stack
- Write and maintain automated tests to catch regressions before release
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to scope new features
- Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience across both frontend and backend development
- Comfort with modern JS frameworks, REST/GraphQL APIs, and databases
- Strong debugging skills and an eye for clean, maintainable code
- Ability to work independently and ship without heavy hand-holding
- Product sense — you think about the user, not just the ticket
- Clear communication when scoping, blocking, or flagging technical risk
Benefits
- Ownership — you'll own features end-to-end, not just tickets
- Learning Stipend — annual budget for courses, certifications, or conferences
- Performance Bonus — compensation tied to shipped, working features
- Equity Stake — meaningful equity for every full-time hire
- Internal AI Access — early access to every product before clients do
- Flexible Work — remote-first with async-friendly workflows
