Every AI agent we deploy needs infrastructure that doesn't fail quietly. As a Cloud & DevOps Engineer, you'll own the systems that keep our platform and every client deployment running — scalable, secure, and monitored around the clock.
What a Typical Week Looks Like
You'll be managing cloud infrastructure, tightening CI/CD pipelines, and responding when something in production needs attention. You'll work closely with engineering to make sure new features ship smoothly and with client deployments to make sure uptime never becomes their problem.
Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure across environments
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable deployments
- Monitor system health and respond to incidents to minimize downtime
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployments
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce manual overhead
- Collaborate with engineering to support scalable architecture decisions
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tooling
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration systems
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Security-conscious mindset when designing and maintaining systems
- Comfort being on-call and responding calmly under pressure
