As an AI Solutions Engineer, you'll design, build, and deploy the intelligent agents and workflows that power our clients' operations — from prototype to production.
What a Typical Project Looks Like
You'll take a client's automation brief from our implementation consultants and turn it into a working system — wiring up agent logic, integrating APIs, and stress-testing edge cases before go-live. No two builds are alike: one week you're automating a support ticket pipeline, the next you're building a multi-step agent for financial reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom AI agents and automation pipelines for client use cases
- Integrate agents with third-party tools, CRMs, and internal client systems
- Optimize model prompts, workflows, and logic for reliability at scale
- Debug and monitor deployed agents to catch failures before clients do
- Collaborate with implementation consultants to scope technical feasibility
- Document architecture and handoff processes for long-term maintainability
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks, or automation tools
- Solid engineering fundamentals — APIs, data pipelines, version control
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing technical environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture
- Debugging instincts — you enjoy chasing down why something broke
- Clear technical writing for documentation and cross-team handoffs
